Return must be requested within 7 days of receipt of the ordered item.
Preorders will be processed for shipping by July 31
Regular processing time is 5-7 business days, with regular shipping falling within 5 business days (depending on carrier i.e. Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL or USPS).
