Mental Health Support Groups
Join our monthly support sessions dedicated to addressing stress management, adapting to new roles in life, and identifying any deeper mental health challenges you may face during the perinatal phase. These groups, guided by professionals specializing in perinatal mental health, offer a secure platform for communal sharing and tailored assistance. These gatherings focus more intensely on emotional health, supplementing our bi-weekly group meetings.
